1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PawSome Place website and its services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Services Offered

PawSome Place provides a variety of services, including but not limited to pet sitting, dog walking, house sitting, and premium concierge services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Bookings: All bookings must be made through our official booking system. A booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation notice from PawSome Place.

Payments: Payment for services is due as outlined at the time of booking. We may require a deposit or full payment upfront. Prices are subject to change, and we may apply surge pricing for holidays or peak demand periods, which will be clearly communicated.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service start time will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the service start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Special cancellation policies may apply for extended stays or holiday bookings and will be stated in the booking agreement.

5. Owner's Obligations

As a pet owner, you agree to:

Provide a safe and healthy environment for our staff if services are rendered in your home.
Disclose all relevant information about your pet(s), including but not limited to health conditions, allergies, behavioral issues (e.g., aggression, anxiety), and dietary needs.
Ensure your pet is up-to-date on all legally required vaccinations. Proof may be requested.
Provide all necessary supplies for your pet's care, including food, medications, leashes, and any other required items.
Assume full liability for any property damage or personal injury caused by your pet.

6. Emergency Care

In the event of a pet emergency, PawSome Place will make every reasonable effort to contact you. However, you authorize PawSome Place to seek emergency veterinary care from your designated veterinarian or the nearest available veterinary clinic. You agree to be fully responsible for the payment of all veterinary services rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability

PawSome Place agrees to provide services in a reliable, caring, and trustworthy manner. However, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances such as the illness or death of a pet, or for damages or loss of property. In no event shall PawSome Place, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PawSome Place and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
